NoireParticipantHello guys,
Wcfm says Woodmart should be fully compatible with them and vice versa, but we are having a lot of struggles in some areas. Particularly here, on the store list page, there seems to be some bugs on those pages. when we scroll to the bottom of the page there is a lot of sticking and freezing.
I reported this to WCFM and they said they tested it with the default twenty twenty theme for WordPress and it worked just fine. Can you guys help me here please?

Artem TemosKeymasterHi,
Please, describe to us your problems in a bit more details. Attach some screenshots and provide us with a list of steps on how to reproduce it on your website. Send us a direct link to the page with this problem and disable all external plugins.
Thank you in advance.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
We just tested this on our side and it works correctly. Most likely it is how your computer and browser renders that page with such amount of elements and heavy images (7.8MB) https://gyazo.com/2caef35a90a35c4f5f6ec44c11e42b0e

NoireParticipantHi,
Thank you for the reply. I understand what you are saying however my homepage is bigger than those pages and my computer and browser handles it just fine.
Also this is a pretty new problem, it worked fine before, Even when we had been displaying 40 stores per page(now showing 30). The team over at WCFM along with other users noticed the same problem on their ends.
I tried reducing the number of stores per page to reduce the page size but still no luck. I also tried it on a different browser and still have the problem.
If you guys can figure out this problem I would be so grateful. This page is out main selling point on the site.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
We understand but it is how the browser renders such a heavy page. Try to reduce the number of stores and optimize all images first. Some images are ~1MB that is an extremely large size.
Kind Regards

NoireParticipantHello,
I have reduced the number of stores as you said to 5 per page. The problem has not gone away. Please see the video below.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Currently, we see 30 stores per page and images are not optimized yet.
Kind Regards

NoireParticipantYes that is because we changed back to 30 stores after the video as the site is live . There are clearly 5 stores in the video I sent for you to see.

Artem TemosKeymasterCould you please disable all external plugins and leave 5 stores only on that page so we can test from our side?

NoireParticipantOur site is a live website with vendors and customers. I tried to create a subdomain for a testing site and it didn’t work.

Artem TemosKeymasterIn this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.
Kind Regards
