It is a requirement for the Youtube video feature. The URL should have its original format.

I have disabled all the necessary plugins which were related to the theme. Providing Server Credentials. Fotovilla Server and Fotovilla Application.

We need your FTP host, login, and password to be able to edit your theme files. Contact your hosting provider if you don’t have this information.

Hi, There is live traffic on the website right now. It is not possible to disable all plugins because the website will not work after that.

Also, Video is playing on all other products and landing pages.

It seems like it doesn’t work because of some plugin conflict. In this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.

Hi Team,

I figured out that When we Add poster to video then it gives the problem -> The webpage at data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==&autoplay=1 might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Otherwise, without a poster, it doesn’t give any problem.

Hi Team,

I deactivated all the plugins. Only Theme, WP-Bakery, and Woocommerce are active. I’m sharing staging credentials please check and let me know.

Video is not working here after adding poster -> https://woocommerce-495501-1568990.cloudwaysapps.com/keychains-page/

I’m not able to add Poster on this page -> https://woocommerce-495501-1568990.cloudwaysapps.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=1855&action=edit
For Video Player Element -> Edit -> Woodmart Extras -> Add Poster to video

Please try adding poster and see if this video issue get fixed.
