We just visited your page in the incognito tab and logged in. We see 8 products per page as configured https://gyazo.com/0ba1371612ecb635d80976b26e475e65
Try to test it with the incognito tab or using some other browsers.

I reproduced this on staging, and I insist that you have not tested as per my requirement. My steps to reproduce never mentionned any visit as “incognito” (don’t use incognito) and this happens whatever browser you use (in my case Chrome, but it occurs with Firefox too anyway)
1) Login to the provided staging in private
2) Login as your admin profil
3) Visit the link in private
4) Check the number of products in the page
AS IS : more than 8 products visible in the shop page
TO BE : number of products on grid as per the defined theme setting (here, precisely 8)

Probably, you have selected a different number of products per page before and it is still stored in your session https://prnt.sc/vx9ygd
We don’t see the problem even in not incognito tab.
