WPBakery Page Builder Issue

Hi, Xtemos Team,
I have an issue with WPBakery Page Builder.
Details issue: when I want to add a new product from my shop manager user role can’t use the backend editor. actually when I click on the backend editor the whole page section disappears.

First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :-).
Please Go to Wp-Bakery Page Builder >> Role Manager and enable the back-end editor for the user role.

Then clear the cache and check back.

Before and as you mention:(Go to Wp-Bakery Page Builder >> Role Manager and enable the back-end editor for the user role) I already did it but still, the backend editor missing on the product page.

Please make sure that you have set the WP Bakery page builder settings for the Shop Manager user role as shown in the below screenshot:

If still, your issue will not be solved then please deactivate all the third party plugins on your site and activate the Parent-Theme and send me the administrator login details of your site so I will check the issue and solve it on your site.
