Mailchimp optin box styling

Hi, i would like to have the optinbox and submit button in one single line like in your demo.
But right now it appears like the screenshot attached.
I also attach the form settings from mailchimp plugin. In the preview it shoes correctly as you can see, but in front end it shows in two different lines.
Could you please help me?

Please try re-creating the form and then clear the cache and check back.

I just remove, delete plugin and re install it.

You can remove the form by removing the HTML code inside it then you can add fields to it from the above options.

I remove the html and then recreate it but again the same.
I already clear the cache.
The same on endge browser and firefox.

Your issue has been solved. I have set the HTML of the form and added a small custom CSS code in Theme Settings. Now please check the site after removing the browser cache.
