Problema con la pagina FAQs

Salve, ho un problema con la pagina FAQs che ho importato dalla demo e poi modificato.
In pratica non capisco perchè nella pagina non si vedono le scritte (rimane tutto bianco), cioè non compaiono proprio le domande e le risposte.
Nel backend si vede tutto normalmente (sia sul costruttore di pagina visivo (Frontend) sia sulla bacheca wordpress (backend) )

Ho controllato lo sfondo della riga e della colonna ma non c’è nessun colore che copre.
Mi potete aiutare?

Hello,

You have set the transparent color for all your typography. Navigate to the Theme Settings > Typography and set a dark color everywhere.

Scusa, in realtà io non ho ancora modificato le varie impostazioni, quindi non credo che c’è impostato un colore trasparente.
Infatti andando a controllare nelle impostazioni -> tipografia, non risulta niente.

Hello,

Set a dark color, for example, #00000or #33333 in each setting for the color and check.

Ho provato, ma non cambia niente.
Nella pagina continuano a non vedersi le scritte.
Cosa posso fare?

Hello,

The problem is caused by the WP Bakery page builder error. Please try to deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and check the issue.

Scusate però WP Bakery page builder è un plugin correlato al tema, infatti è compreso nel vostro pacchetto. Che vuol dire?

Inoltre volevo far notare che ho utilizzato la stessa pagina Faqs (ovviamente con WP Bakery page builder) per un altro sito web (sempre con il vostro tema) e lì si vede normalmente.

Something: the customization or additional plugins influences WP bakery page builder and cause the error. Please deactivate all the plugin not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme and check.

All the plugins related to the theme are 100% compatible with our theme. At the same time we do not guarantee the smooth operation provided additional customizations or third parties plugins.
