BeachboyParticipantHi there,
after solving my ticket (https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/shop-page-mega-menu) all of my Elementor sections with setting [XTemos Layout] Stretch Section goes to full width, I mean not stretch only the section but the content too.
Also my custom SVG icons are missing on several pages (pre-footer, other pages).
Screenshot:
Red boxes: Sections set to theme’s default width, but after solving my mega menu ticket all sections switch to full-width with the same setting ( [XTemos Layout] Stretch Section )Purple boxes: Missing icons. There are more missing icons on other pages …

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
You will have to remove the earlier provided code: http://prntscr.com/uy98sj
As for the icons, please enable “Always use” in the Theme Settings > Performance > CSS.
Best Regards

BeachboyParticipantThanks for your reply.
1. If I remove the code, mega-menu on shop catalog bug comes back, so ticket https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/shop-page-mega-menu/ problem is actual again.
.elementor-section.elementor-section-boxed > .elementor-container { max-width: inherit; }
2. I use custom SVG icons, not Font Awesome.

BeachboyParticipantOkay, I solved this mega manu thing.
Solution: you have to set the width to full-width within the HTML block Elementor settings to force full-width on all pages.
The custom SVG icon problem is still exist, on all pages.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
I have added a promo banner element and uploaded SVG image into 360 degrees page and it works properly.
Try to open your SVG icons file with some editor like Sublime Text or default system text editor and add width=”31″ height=”40″ attributes to your
<svg>
tag like it is shown: http://prntscr.com/m4n0qw
Then you will need to re-upload your icons in WordPress Dashboard.Best Regards

BeachboyParticipantDear Elise,
thank you for your reply and time.
Yes, I know that SVG’s are okay on some pages, ex. my logo is displaying correctly even it is an SVG.
My ticket is regarding on (random) elementor sections. I designed all of my SVG’s, see screenshot how it looks like. I’m able to solve almost all problems, but this is incomprehensible for me. Logo SVG working, categories menu SVG’s are working – even the same SVG on the page I linked to you on my previous answer NOT WORKING. The SVG is the same.
G.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please remove all
pt
from all the SVG. For example:width="200"
and height=”200″ after that, provide the page URL and element where you add the SVG and it does not work.Best Regards

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
I have added the correct icon to the first information block. And it does not work now.
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
Best Regards

BeachboyParticipantI know and did all WordPress troubleshooting procedures. It’s NOT related to any plugins, that’s why I am here.
Deactivated ALL plugins, only active WoodMart’s default plugins. You can check it again. It is related to the theme and elementor for sure…
Everything is worked fine till Sunday. Opened the site and custom SVG icons used by Elementor are gone. No new plugin, no update…
Custom SVGs in header, footer are OK, but on pages and HTML blocks are missing.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Can you move the site to some testing platform so that I could test without plugins?
Best Regards

BeachboyParticipantOK, problem solved.
Reason: Using the absolute path blocked the SVG while the domain has restriction on the root.
