"Blog" element will not save on backend

    Hi there,

    I am trying to add the “blog” element to a page on our website, but when I save the blog element disappears. Do you know why this is happening? I cannot edit the format of the blog page if I cannot access the blog element.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    Hi Elise,

    No it has nothing to do with the other plugins. We deactivated all plugins except WP Bakery and WoodMart and still problem persists. We do not have a child theme installed.

    Can I please ask you to check if this is working your end? Also, could this be to some of the CSS not being enabled in the WP Bakery CSS selection?

    Hello Elise,

    No it has nothing to do with the other plugins. I disabled all except for WP Bakery and Woodmart. Still problem exists so I think an issue your end.

    Anyhow, I have decided to disable our blog in any case, so do not worry.
