I has install the WPBakery plugin that come with the template, but when i edit the html bloc in the visual mode i have the new page that work all the time ( and it is white with WPBakery Logo) you can see in the attached file
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
