    Hello xtemos team.
    First of all my hat’s off to you and your woodmart template. It’s amazing thing. Second of all my problem. Describtion will be short I think that attached pictures show you more. I change english for polish, but there is a few spots where english left and I don’t know how to change it.
    Look at the print screens. I marked every element that needs to be changed.
    The question is, can you help me?

    First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :-).

    I saw the screenshots you attached.

    1 &2) You need to install and use the loco translate plugin then by choosing the correct path you can translate the string according to your needs.

    Your path will be Loco Translate >> Themes >> Woodmart.

    And for the login text you can change it from WooCommerce >> Settings >> Accounts & Privacy.

    Hello.
    I wish it was so simple. We’ve checked loco translate and according to this program we have all translated. Additionally when I check file info I have this information “PO file missing
    We can’t find the original PO file from which this was compiled.”
    What can you say about that?

    I saw the screenshot you attached.

    Please Go to Loco Translate >> Themes >> Woodmart >> Edit translations and click the sync button first then try to find the string and translate.

    It works. I must say, that your support is amazing. Thank you very much. Now I can handle myself ๐Ÿ™‚
    There are two things.
    First thing โ€“ From time to time I receive this type of message for my mail box โ€“ look at the attachement. Is there any way to get rid of it?

    Second thing โ€“ I don’t know how to connect my email address to my shop. Could you send mi some useful link, how to do this. I know that I would probably find it myself, but your support is so helpful, that I prefer to ask you ๐Ÿ™‚

    I saw the screenshot you attached. These Emails are coming from the website contact form.

    You can edit the email content from the contact form 7 by editing it.

    Hello,

    WoodMart is not sending you these emails these are coming from the website contact form.

    And this is not an issue by any means this is the default behavior of the contact form plugin.

    If you want to make the emails not come to you then you can try changing the “To” email address by editing the contact form.

    Hello Aizaz, how are you?
    Long time no see ๐Ÿ™‚ Miss me?
    I come to you with new issue. This time my case regarding to products long describtion.
    When I make my computer screen more narrow the describtion dissapear. Look on printscreen I’ve attached. The funniest thing is that on mobile narrow screen everything seems to be all right.
    Is that normal?

    Hello,

    I saw the screenshot you attached and visited your website.

    Basically, In our theme, we change default WooCommerce tabs to accordion on mobile and tablet devices.

    And this script runs only when you load the page so after browser resize, tabs are hidden but accordion is not yet shown because the script is not run.

    Sorry, but this mechanism canโ€™t be changed and it will not have any problems with your real customers when they visit your website from desktop, tablet, or mobile.

    Hello.
    FIRST ISSUE
    Is there a possibility to add some additional text on shop page. I would like place it between header and product column. I think it will be better if I show you where. Please look at the attached file.

    SECOND ISSUE
    Product page. I would like to add some text in this place. Look at the attached file. I know there is one solution that gives that possibility, but this text appears only after you mark product box. I’m talking about Theme settings/shop/products styles/Show summary on hover. But it doesn’t good for me. I would like this text to remain on the product card for the whole time not only after marking. I wonder is it possible in your mockup? If not, can you do something like this? How much will it cost?

    1) Sorry but there is no such option in Theme Settings available to add the data as you mentioned.

    You can add content before the shop as you can see in the link below:
    https://woodmart.xtemos.com/product-category/furniture/

    To achieve the above try adding content to the category description area under Products >> Categories >> Edit category.

    2) Sorry but it is not possible to add text in the area as you mentioned. It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.

    Hello again.
    I have this type of problem (look below) and I need to know should I turn to you or my hosting provider?

    “Default PHPa time zone is invalid
    The default PHP time zone was changed when WordPress was loaded by the date_default_timezone_set () function. This interferes with the correct calculation of the date and time.”

    Another topic. I accidently switched motives in our shop. When I got back to our primary motive (woodmart) I noticed that I lost part of my settings. For example I’ve lost left widget panel (all filters and categories) on the shop page. What should I do in that case?

    Hello,

    1) This issue seems to be caused by some third party plugin. Please deactivate all the third party plugins then clear cache and check back.

    2) Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available to get all the settings back. You can try adding the widgets again in the Shop page widget area under Appearance >> Widgets.
