Cannot change the size of an Image

    Hello,

    I’ve been trying to change the size of an image in the image hotspot module.

    I’ve tried everything that came up to my mind: thumbnail, small, medium, full, size in pixels using the actual size of the image which is 268×601 and other sizes in pixels.
    The image is always way too big.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Hello,

    I saw the screenshot you attached. Please try recreating the module and then try adding the exact size of the image in pixels then clear cache and check back.

    If the problem still continues then provide with admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    Hello Aizaz,

    I’ve recreated the module and added the exact size in pixels. I have also checked in incognito.
    Nothing changed.

    The newly created one is the module at the very bottom of the page.

    I would really appreciate it if you got back to me asap as I need to work on the website.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the third-party plugins to activate the parent theme. Then clear the cache and check back.

    If the problem continues then leave all the third-party plugins deactivated and tell me with the permission to debug then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.
