    How i can fix these issues, my website tagged as not mobile friendly.

    Hello,

    We just tested your website and don’t see any issues with its mobile version. And the viewport is set correctly. Try to disable all external plugins and check again.

    In this case why google says other way?
    It is marking the site as not mobile friendly.

    Try to disable all external plugins and check the issue with Google again.
