Login page doesn't open

Hi, I have a problem with my website. Everything works perfect but when I click on Login/Register page it doesn’t redirect me anywhere and the the screen greys out as if it is about to load and just hangs there. Could you please help me to fix this problem?
I am attaching you the screen shot of the page and the screen shot after I click on login this is how it looks.

Hello,

First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :-).

I saw the screenshots you attached.

Please Go to Woodmart >> Header Builder >> Edit Header and make sure that you have set the option for both mobile and desktop.
