Not responsive theme between different mobile devices. Importent hiding my cart!

The theam is not responsive from different mobile devices, which causing our customer to leave their cart because they can’t reach it on mobile.
Please check our site and fix this issue so our mobile device display and responsivity will be the same for all mobile devices,
attaching to this message our login credentials and a screenshot from mobile.

The problem is caused by your custom CSS code. Please, remove it and check how it works.

I understand, But on mobile devices we want that all our categories will apear in Header bottom, with grid option.

}
In addition, by saying delete all css custom code, do you mean both mobile and desktop?
