Woo commerc Shipping card missing

I’m trying to set a shipping address, that the delivery address differs from the address of the ordering in woo commerce, but that setup card is missing.How to solve it?

I dont have tab Shipping, (In my case General,Products, Tax, Payments, Accounts & Privacy, E-mails, Integrations, Advanced)

It seems your Woocommerce is damaged deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and check, if the tab does not appear, you need to reinstall Woocommerce.
