Off Canvas side bar not working on mobile tablet and website

i tried all setting for off canvas sidebar but its not working on all three mobile tablet and website. i am attaching screenshot of settings in have done.

Please make sure that you have added the content in the shop page widget area under Appearance >> Widgets.

Then clear the cache and check back.
If you are still unable then deactivate all the third-party plugins and provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
