Add to cart button keeps scrolling

Hi, when an user clicks the “Add to cart· button, it keeps loading and never shows the cart widget or even the popup.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
if the problem remains, even after the plugins deactivated leave the plugins to deactivated for us to check and provide your site admin access to the private area. I failed to log in with the credentials you have provided.

Hi guys, i’ve deactivated all the other plugins (Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce, Disable WooCommerce Bloat, Facebook for WooCommerce, Loco Translate and Yoast SEO) but the issue persists.
The admin credentials are ok.
