This fix already implemented in our theme latest version. So probably you have some other issue. Please, disable all external plugins and send us your admin access.

My dev site is also has same problem.
You can do whatever you want there.
You can disable, enable any plugin.

I can’t de-activate plugins in live site.

Try to check it from the incognito tab in the browser. Or write us steps to reproduce the problem.
