I have trouble setting up the collapsable side bar

    Hi,
    I also have trouble setting up the collapsable side bar. It is activated and I can click on it but nothing shows, the page goes dark but the slider for filters that should come from the side doesn’t.

    Please provide a relevant screenshot of the specific area that collapsible widget you are asking for with the URL of the page to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    Hi,

    Here is a screenshot and the URL to get to it: https://www.theworldkeys.com/shop/ for the filter sidebar.

    There is no other way for me to customize my shop page than through the theme options section? I built my website with Elementor PRO and I can’t design my shop page with it. I can’t also use one of your prebuilt demo pages for the shop because I can’t download single demo pages without downloading the full demo content which changes everything I edited on my website. Unless there is another way it feels awfully limited for an E-commerce theme.

    Hello,

    I saw the screenshots you attached.

    1) Please deactivate all the third-party plugins, activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.

    If the problem continues then leave all the third-party plugins deactivated and provide with the admin panel login details of the website with the permissions to debug then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

    2) And Sorry but the shop page is an archive page and controlled by WooCommerce and our theme doesn’t influence.

    Please provide me with some relevant screenshots of the specific areas. How do you want to customize the shop page to check it myself and help you out accordingly?

    I don’t know if my last message sent as I don’t see it in the feed.
    I tried to disable plugins and switch back to the parent theme but the sidebar still doesn’t show.
    I put the logings in the private content area.

    As for the customization I would like to add a video section above the shop content and under the menu header.

    Hello,

    I have logged into your website and all the third-party plugins are still activated.

    Please deactivate all the third-party plugins and let me know then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

    Hello,

    Your issue has been resolved. The issue was that you were using the custom sidebar for the shop page from the shop page. I have changed the setting to inherit from the page settings and added content in the Shop page widget area and the sidebar is displayed fine on my end.

    And if you want to add more widgets then try adding the widgets to the shop page widget area under Appearance >> Widgets.
