I saw the screenshot you attached.
Sorry, but there is no option in Theme Settings to add the twitch icon to the social icons.
It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.

You can try adding the twitch link in the LinkedIn input it will work.
Note: But it is not the recommended way but if you want to use it then you can use it in this way.
And Sorry it is not possible to change the icon of the LinkedIn to twitch it will require customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
