Search Feature issues

    This happens randomly…no rhyme or reason to it:
    I use the search field to find a product. I click on the link in the results and am taken to the Home page rather than the product page.

    Any ideas why this might be happening with some products & not all?

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    if the problem remains, even after the plugins deactivated leave the plugins to deactivated for us to check and provide your site admin access to the private area.

    Hi Elise,
    I checked this morning & the search feature is working perfectly. Maybe something updated or cache cleared or something like that? It’s working fine without having to test any plug-ins.
