Promo Popup not working correctly

Hi Guys
I am trying to a MailChimp subscription form on the Promo popup as in the WoodMart theme documentation:

But it’s giving me a white background instead of the Grey color I set in the Promo pop-up settings.
It’s also displaying the MailChimp form shortcode in the frontend.
I have attached a screenshot of how it looks on our demo site.
I have also added our Demo site logins for you to check for us.

I saw the screenshot you attached.
Please try re-adding the background color to the promo popup then clear cache and check back.
And make sure that the MC4WP plugin and the form exist that you added the shortcode.
If the problem continues then deactivate all the third-party plugins and provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

I have tried reading the color but it still gives me a white background.
MC4WP plugin is active and the form exists.
I have deactivated the plugins and added logins under private content on this ticket.
Please use https://outletstore.jhnet.co.za/wp-admin/ instead to access the site admin.

Your issue has been solved. Please check the site now after removing the browser cache. It was your site cache, I have deleted the cache from your site wp-content folder now the color is showing fine.
