I saw the screenshot you attached.
Please try adding the following Custom CSS in the Global Custom CSS area to change the color of the input text.
.whb-column .woodmart-search-form input[type=text] {
color: black;
}
If you are trying to ask anything else then please elaborate with help of some relevant screenshot of the specific area with the URL of the page to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

Please remove the previous CSS and try adding the following Custom CSS in the Global Custom CSS area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.
.searchform input[type=text] {
color: red;
}
If the problem continues then deactivate all the third-party plugins and provide admin panel login details to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
