I have recently purchased a new version of theme to upgrade it my word press website from 4 to 5.
Currently there is an error as per attachment on the website and my developer has asked me to contact you to fix this.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it? Also, describe how exactly we can see this problem on your website.

Please, disable them temporarily and we will do a quick test. Also, describe how exactly we can see this problem on your website.

MichelleParticipantThis is at the backend of my website and the website does not have a good speed and my developer advised to upgrade the version of website and now this error comes up on the website and speed
is still low and can see the error at the backend of website as per the attachment I shared with you.And if you get into website backened, can see this error at the top of website.
I do not know how to disable the plugin, would you please do this by your self or do I have to have a developer to do that?

MichelleParticipantI am talking about this error at the top of backend of website shows in ORANGE colour and also WordPress emailed me and I sent you.
If this is not important then why WordPress warning me for this?

Since I did not have this error on website before and after upgrading theme this popped up.
So can you fix this please? or should I ignore it?
Does it have any harm on my website over long run?

These notices are not related to the theme update. You can simply ignore them since they will not harm your website.
