    Hello,

    I saw the screenshot you attached and visited your website.

    Please deactivate all the third-party plugins, activate the parent theme, and check back.

    If the problem continues then leave all the third-party plugins deactivated and provide me with the admin panel login details of the website with the permission to debug the issue then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

    I have logged into your website and all the third-party plugins are still activated.

    Please deactivate all the third-party plugins then tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

    Our website is running to sell the product if I deactivated all plugin then our site not working properly. So better when you see this message then you deactivated plugin which is you need.

    I saw the screenshots you attached.

    Sorry, but it is necessary to deactivate all the third party plugins in order for us to debug the issue.

    Because we will troubleshoot with only the theme plugins.

    So Please deactivate all the third party plugins not related to the theme then tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.
