    I update the theme to 5.3 after an update. I change to the default theme and went OK.

    There’s something wrong with the new update. Thankfully I tested it first on my staging server.

    Hello,

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin and FTP access so we can check it?

    We have switched to the default theme and it is still not working. Please, check from your side. Also, update the theme to the latest version 5.3.2.

    I update the theme, still, the problem is there. I activated one at a time plugins, the problem occurs when activating the woocommerce.

    We don’t have access to your themes and plugins sections in your Dashboard. Please, provide us your admin access.

    You can log in again, the problem occurs when I activated woocommerce plugin.

    Could you please update the theme to the 5.3.3 version now? We have fixed one performance issue in that update.

    It was a bug in our theme’s new feature. Now it is fixed.
