Wrapper Title on the Home page

Hello,

I am using the Gaming scheme for Basel, however, with light background on my site: V7

I was looking for an option to change the Wrapper Titles on the home page, but can’t find them in the Theme Options? Have i missed something?

Identified the css to use, but i am not keen on putting important everywhere:

.main-page-wrapper .title-wrapper.basel-title-color-white .title {
color:#232323;
opacity:1;
}

Say that this is okay, but the overlayed text has element.style , i suppose onthefly generated code via JS, how can i update that? I am referring to the text displayed behind the main wrapper title.
