Banner not visible on Home Page

    Dear Support,
    I am facing one strange issue with the theme. The banner is not visible on the home page.

    The Banner is placed well on the home page. I tried to fix this but unable to do it.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    It is the Light Speed cache plug-in which is causing the issue. After disabling the Light Speed cache plug in the banner is visible.

    Hello,

    Try to enable these plugins after you have finished your site. Alternatively, you can try another caching plugin.
