Zoom over Hovering, Image Gallery and attribute not showing on Product Page.

    Hi,
    I faced this issue before, but somehow it was gone by itself I guess, now again I am facing the same issue.
    for variable product when I try to view the product after updating any changes these functionality does not appear.
    1. Zoom product over hovering mouse.
    2. Product dose not changes when clicking on color swatch or size.
    3. Gallery image does not appear under product.
    Please help and let me know if I am missing something.
    User name and password is under private content.

    Sorry I forgot to mention one more issue number
    4. Price not showing under the Add to Cart button it should show and it should change by Clicking on different size.

    Hello,

    1) Please deactivate all the third-party plugins, activate the parent theme, then clear cache and check back.

    If the problem continues then leave all the third-party plugins deactivated and provide admin panel login details of the website with the permissions to debug then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

    2, 3 & 4) Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.

    Hi,
    Thank you for help.
    I did try all that suggested by you.
    1. I do not have any third party plugins total eight plugnis provided by this product is installed and active.
    2. I did reset all still the problem is there.
    I do allow you to debug and login info available in private content Please let me know if the private content is accessable for you or it is just for me. then I will provide the login info here.
    Once its done please let me know the issue details , because it appeared once before and fixed by itself I guess, this is second time.

    Hello,

    The Woocommerce Stripe gateway plugin is causing the issue on your website.

    I have logged into your website and deactivated it and everything is working fine.

    Great Help, but one question still remains. If I want to accept payemnt through credit and debit card then what plug in should I use which will not crash, because I guess there is not such a plugin comes with the woocommerce.

    Sorry, but we are unable to suggest you with such a plugin because we haven’t tested our site with such a plugin yet.

    You can find one for yourself that works according to your requirements.

    Hello Again Aziz,

    I had been to different forum and developers chat and I found that there is something like code conflict with stripe and woodmart.
    Sripe developer suggested me to install a different theme and check if stripe works then there is nothing wrong with stripe, and i did so.
    I found that stripe is working fine with other theme but I like woodmart. Its very sad to know that the plugins comes with woodmart has no such a common payment gateway plugin for credit and debit card. If you could resolve the issue then it will be highly appreciated.

    @shamstaj     Please deactivate all the third-party plugins except the stripe then provide with the admin and FTP details of the website.

    Hi,
    As I have mentioned in #241147 that there is no issue if Stripe is deactive. but as you can see in checkout there is no option of debit and credit card payment. I had a conversation with Stripe people and what they suggested is to contact theme builder there must be some code conflict and they should look into it then issue an update.
    So the point is that I want to use woodmart and no other theme but I want debit and crdit card payment option too on my check out page.
    Please suggest.

    I have given you the admin user and password so that you can check before and after activating Stripe plugin.

    just wanted to add, The website wroks fine even if the plugin is active and test mode is not checked. in that case on checkout page debit credit card option dose not appears . as soon as i do the test mode on the problem appears.

    It is caused by the Stripe scripts and breaks all our theme’s functions. Could you please switch to the default WordPress theme and see if the error exists there?

    Hello Artem, Thank you for replying. actually Aijaz was following the issue, I thought you already know the previous posts details and from here you picking up.

    Here is the issue details
    When stripes is active gallery pic disappears.
    No changing in main pic when chosen a different variable product on product page.
    No changes in price when a variable product is changed by user.
    And all this happens when stripes is active. If its deactivate then everything is fine. but I need it because of the debit card credit card option woodmart dose not have such a plugin in default.
    I contacted Stripe, they asked me to change the theme and check , so i did and found its working fine. so what they suggested is that our stripe plugin is fine please contact your Theme developer in fact they said they me must be aware of this issue by now and they may have an update. Please contact them. so I am back here again asking for help.
    Hope things are clear now. Still if you need any clarification please ask.

    Yes, we know the details. We are talking about a different error in the JS console. Please, switch to the default WordPress theme so we can check your product page and see if the error is still there.

    i have done the reset to default for the theme. The stipre is also deactivated.
    I have provided your the Admin details please feel free to do anything you like in the process of debugging product and all details on my web is just dummy.

    By default theme we mean default WordPress theme like twentytwenty or Storefront. Please, install the default theme and test how it works when the stripe is activated.

    Once you will manage it, contact us so we can continue investigating.
