Zoom image and Click to enlarge not working

Hi,
I activated the zoom image and click to enlarge to see full image but both of them are not working. you can see screenshots and also check on the website. Can you advise how can i fix them?

I saw the screenshot you attached and visited your website and the zoom image is working fine on my end.

And the click to enlarge is not enabled please enable it first then check back after clearing the browser cache.

Please deactivate all the third-party plugins activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.
If the problem continues then leave all the third-party plugins deactivated and provide admin panel login details then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.
