Suddenly back to original settings

Hello X Themos,
We seem to have an issue that our website suddenly not working with bakery anymore and the CSS settings that we put in there disappearing.
We didn’t add anything and made changes lately, but it suddenly just popped in like this

I saw the screenshot you attached.
Please Go to Theme Settings >> General and set the page builder to WPB then clear cache and check back.

If the problem still continues then deactivate all the third party plugins and provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
