Hello,
Please do the following:
1. Remove the background for the row in the HTML block.
2. Set the color background for the Footer in the Theme Settings > Footer
If you want the copyright to be white, remove all from copyright in the Theme settings and add copyright information to the HTM block as a separate row, and set the white color.
If there are gaps, add negative margins to the bottom of the rows in the HTML block.
