Categories under page title are disappeared

Problem – Category is visible on-page title but drop down is empty, How to get category under them.

Supporting – Categories in page title are enabled in woodmart setting, Also categories are coming in the sidebar.
I have used one Plugin ” https://calebburks.com/hide-uncategorized-default-category-in-woocommerce/” to hide uncategorized category but again deactivated and uninstalled it.
I believe categories lost after that.
Please help.

Also, In excludes categories – NO category is available.

Hello,

First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :-).

Please deactivate all the third-party plugins activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.

If the problem continues then leave all the third-party plugins deactivated and provide with the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

Hello,
Thank you for this wonderful theme.
The categories came back once I reset the theme settings, Only one problem which is still there is that Theme Setting -> Shop-> Exclude category – Here no categories are showing, I gave 7-8 categories present and visible everywhere. However, I wanted to hide one category from the shop page which is not possible in this scnario.

Please help.

Hello,

You are Most Welcome.

We are glad that one of your issues has been resolved.

And for the exclude category please try typing the name of the category that you want to exclude from the shop page title then select the category.

If you are still unable then provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help out accordingly.

Hi,
I tried inputting names under – Theme Setting -> Shop-> Exclude category but no options are coming.
Please check I will add my details under private content.

Hello,

I have logged into your website.

Please deactivate all the third-party plugins activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.

If the problem continues then leave all the third-party plugins deactivated and tell me with the permission to debug then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.
