Issues after theme update

Hello,
This are the issue after we upgraded the theme:
1. Wp- bakery front end page editor stopped working
2. SHOP PAGE TITLE OPTIONS> exclude category is not displaying any category we want to exclude and instead hidding all categories even if i am selecting deselect all.
3. Product titles on our website was appearing in capital letter(uppercase) , but after the update it is not working.

I have fixed the issue for wp bakery whitescreen by installing Classic Editor plugin.
But still i am facing this issue

I already provided credentials.
Also i tried to disable the plugin but no luck, as issue is related to theme not with the plugin.

Please, send us your FTP access as well. You sent WordPress admin only. Also, keep all the plugins turned off.
