    Hello,

    1) I added more than 5 filter in your custom elementor filters widget but only 4 are shown

    2) On category page, if you use filters from the elementor filters widget, clicking on “filter” button goes to shop page. Not a problem if you continue using filters but if you remove all selected filters, because we are now on shop page (and not on category page as wished), every products of the shop are displayed.

Any way to fix this ?

    Thank you a lot.
    Best regards.

    Hello,

Please check the credentials I cannot log in.

Please make sure the products have these attributes added. When filter does not appear most likely there are attributes, however, they are not added to any product and the filter has nothing to sort out and it does not appear.

As for the Product categories, please deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and check again.

    Best Regards

Issue 1) I added more than 5 filter in your custom elementor filters widget but only 4 are shown

If I put 5 filters in the widget filter AND ensure products can be filter by the 5 filters (attributes filed…), the widget display only 4 filters. It seems there is a limit.

Issue 2) On category page, if you use filters from the elementor filters widget, clicking on “filter” button goes to shop page. Not a problem if you continue using filters but if you remove all selected filters, because we are now on shop page (and not on category page as wished), every products of the shop are displayed.
    How to reproduce :

Go on category page OR brand page.. and check URL when you are using filters :
    > go on : https://www.monoisellerie.com/marque/vadigran/
    > apply one filter (price for example)
    > check URL : https://www.monoisellerie.com/boutique/?min_price=2&max_price=40

We were on the VADIGRAN brand page on now because using filter, we have ALL shop products displayed. It is the same if your are in category page.

Your search engine NEED to check from where the filters are fired to include it in the search.

Brand example : on any filter activated, you need to add pa_brand=Brand to the search query.

On you demo website, it’s working fine. I don’t understand why not on my website. Perhaps the elemenotr filter widget causes issue.

    Thanks.
    Best regards.

    Hello,

    1. You show the page that does not show all the filters cause there is no products having this attribute, for example, https://prnt.sc/w0k1at you have added this attribute to the filters https://prnt.sc/w0k2ao

    2. Yes, all the custom filters lead to the shop page, if you want AJAX filtering you would better use the filter widgets from Appearance > Widgets https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/widgets/

If you see the filter do not work properly, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

By the way, please update the parent theme and all the related plugins, make the full backup before update.

    Best Regards
