wpbakery is not working

    1- all products of in the shop are not displaying
    2- wpbakery is not opening in froneditor . it shows white page only

    I will attach an image showing how wpbakery is showing when opening the front editor

    Hello,

    1) Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme just to check whether it’s our theme issue or not. Because products are WooCommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.

    2) Please deactivate all the third-party plugins activate the parent theme then check back. If the problem continues then leave all the third-party plugins deactivated and provide admin panel login details then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

    I have the same problem … I can’t edit the frontend with wpbakery … the page is blank …
    Has it been tested with wordpress 5.5.3?

    See How the products are not displaying . i have inserted the categories that have the products but they are not displaying as shown in the image.

    Hello,

    I have logged into your website it seems that you haven’t added any products to any of the categories.

    Please make sure that you assigned products to the categories then clear cache and check back.

    Disabling gutenberg worked perfectly … Another problem I’m facing is when I add a product and I can’t see it when I click on the shopping cart…

    @khairalla86     Please create a new topic and deactivate all the third-party plugins, activate the parent theme, and check back.

    If the problem continues then leave all the third-party plugins deactivated and provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
