    Hello, how can I make the woocommerce notifications always on top of every thing else please ?

    Hello,

    Your questions are not clear enough what notification do you mean? By default, all the notifications appear at the top of the checkout page. We cannot change that as it requires Woocommerce customization what is not covered by our support.
