Login name problem and store inquiry

    Hello,

    There is a problem with the store inquiry feature for WCFM and also the login user name is not showing correctly.

    Hello,

    Please provide more details about the problem with WCFM.

    As for the login, make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by Woocommerce.

    About WCFM store inquiry: When I click “inquire” at any of the stores, it asks for login information…when I enter the login information it loads, but nothing happens. I am still not able to ask a question at the store.

    I enabled the “storefront” theme and tried it and it worked.

    Please update the credentials and confirm the permission to switch a default theme for checking.
