    Hi,

    We’ve got a problem with the woocommerce password recovery token, it says something like “this token is for another user”

    We’re working with woodmart and only necessary plugins, we’ve tried with default theme and is working,

    Can you help us fixing that?

    Please provide your site admin access to the private area and describe actions step by step to reproduce the problem.

    Please confirm the permission to switch to the Storefront theme.

    Hello,

    I have created an account with your site and then I tried to restore the password on the WoodMart theme. I got this message: https://prnt.sc/vm0ft8

    At the same time, I have not got the mail for the password restoring, however, our theme does not influence that, please contact host support, and check if mails are sent.
