To whom it may concern,

I need help with my website that already installed today and trying to get the demo but there’s an error going on. I don’t know what was the error but I installed it properly. Check the image below.

Hello,

It seems like something went wrong when you imported the dummy content. Please, reinstall your website from scratch and try to run the import again. Also, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily.

It looks like it was caused by an outdated WordPress Importer plugin. Try to remove it completely and reinstall the theme with the dummy content again.

Please this is the 3rd time I reinstalled both WP and this theme. I have only 2 plugins there. So check for yourself if you can import the demo. thanks.

Hello,

There is seems to be some unclosed HTML tag in your footer. Check all your footer widgets and copyrights and fix or remove your HTML from there.
