Cannot Change or Remove NEWSLETTER POPUP

    I need your help. I’ve changed the HTML block for the newsletter popup in the Top Bar and nothing changes – it still shows the woodmart branding and text. Believe me, I’ve changed the background color but it is relentless. I’ve also removed the menu option in the ‘Top Bar Right’ menu but the thing keeps popping up. How do I either change (i would prefer to keep, with our branding) or remove (I can use another plugin if necessary).

    Yes, I just got this working in the last 20 minutes. I had to whack the menu item, wait about 6 hours, recreate the new menu item as a custom link, then add full width and the customized html block, and then it suddenly started working. Not exactly fluid but, now when people click it shows the correct pop-up!

    I do have a question in regard to the pop-up: It doesn’t seem to go away when you click outside of the pop-up area and I don’t seen an option to ‘Close’ – Am I missing something obvious?

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, and provide your site admin access to the private area.
