Cart not empty

    Hello,

    I am writing to you because I have a problem with the Woodmart cart. The same product (which no longer exists because it was a “test” product) is present in the basket of each user on the site!

    If the user add another product to the cart, the first product (test product) disappears.

    When they go to the Woocommerce cart page, the cart is empty.
    I fixed the problem temporarily by disabling the Woodmart cart and putting a simple link to the woocommerce cart page.

    Attached you will find screenshots.

    Can you help me remove this product from each user’s carts?

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    if the problem remains, even after the plugins deactivated leave the plugins deactivated for us to check and provide your site admin access to the private area.
