When you upload the full backup, you have already all the demo pages presented. If you need a page you do not need to upload the whole demo, just find the appropriate page. Next time, you want to upload a page, contact us with the demo URL I will tell you which home page it is and how to find it.
If you upload the demo, all the settings are reset. You can contact your host provider, perhaps there are automatic backups and you could restore your site. Please make the full backup before any changes, new plugins, theme updating.
