Elementor Product Categories

Dear XTEMOS Team,
What I am trying to achieve seems like a simple task to me: show a masonry grid of the subcategories of a product category the user opens. But to my astonishment it seems like there is no option for this?
I can find it in the normal “product categories” element of Elementor (Query: Show All / Manual Selection / By Parent / Current Subcategories) but not in the XTEMOS Version of the Product Categories Element.
Please be so kind and explain how to achieve displaying only subcategories depending on the parent, as I seem to be missing this.

The grid-style is set globally for categories and sub-categories. You can set the grid style in the Theme Settings > Shop page > Product Style.

I think there was a missunderstanding – I am talking about the Elementor Element „Product Categories“ and I want to configure this element, so that it only displays subcategories of the category and not all categories.

Product category element allows selecting the categories by ID or by title, there is no option to select them automatically.
