Using the base template, how do I edit what appears to be the homepage?

    Struggling to edit the first page on the base theme. When I go to pages, there are probably 30+ different home pages…apologize for the basic question but I am a bit of a newb to wordpress. I was able to modify the header to my liking, but cannot figure out how to add an image to the main body of the page. Thanks!

    I was able to figure this out – no need to reply. I misunderstood they layout of the demo site. Thank!
