Lost password link not working

Hi there,
When someone tries to do a lost password retrieval, it is not working. There are 2 different scenarios where this happens:
1. from the admin login page, if you click lost password it defaults to either the maintenance/home page (whichever is live)
2. with the site live, when you click “lost password” it sends the email but when you click the link in the email, it sends you back to the page where you need to enter your email to generate the lost password!
I’ve checked the endpoints and they are all correct. I will include my login details in case you need them below.

Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by Woocommerce.
