It is not possible to resize the Browse Categories block with CSS.
You can remove it from the Header and insert it by means of the Mega Menu widget element from the WP bakery chart right in the content. Then you chose the category menu as you do in the Product category element in the headr.
You can set any width of the column in the column settings. So your menu width would change correspondently.
