    I’d like to use this contact form pop up that is part of a template that comes with the theme. It is from the Woodmart Templates Library labeled “Subscription + contact form pop up”
    I can see this label associated with the form “[contact-form-7 id="1738" title="Contact form alternative"]” but do not know where to find it to use as a common element throughout the site. For example, when a visitor selects on the Contact Us button on my homepage, it takes them to a contact form that I created using WP Forms. I’d like to use this pop up and just keep things consistent. Help! 🙂

    Hello,

    You can try adding the shortcode of the WP-Forms in the place of the ” [contact-form-7 id="1738" title="Contact form alternative"] “.

    Then clear cache and check back.

    If you are trying to ask anything else then please provide some relevant screenshots of the specific area with the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
