How to translate Shipping Cost, Wishlist, Create a new Account, Data Policy GER

I was able to insert the German language file, but a few fields cannot be changed. How can I change the information? See Attachment.

I saw the screenshots you attached.
To translate the texts you need to install and use the loco translate plugin.
Your path for the add to wishlist will be Loco Translate >> Themes >> Woodmart.

2) You can change the registration privacy policy text from WooCommerce >> Settings >> Accounts & Privacy.

3) The texts on the checkout are coming from WooCommerce. You can try translating then from Loco Translate >> Plugins >> Woocommerce.
