Quick view button no longer working

Our store works with the Woodmart theme https://patisserieemily.fr/boutique/
Unfortunately the quick view function no longer works on the shop page when the Booking and appointment plugin is active. This is an important functionality of our store and we would very much appreciate if you could help us put it back on.
The console shows an error when clicking the quick view button (“en savoir plus/découvrir” on the boutique page), it seems the quick view module cannot be loaded (see attached file).
Do you know how to force the quick view module to load? I understand it might be a conflict in the AJAX codes of Woodmart and the BKAP plugin. Could it also be linked to the jQuery version?
The error seems to be located in:
/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it? Also, please disable all external plugins and switch to the parent theme.
